Legal
Privacy policy
Last updated: 13 September 2026
This policy explains how FindMyPro handles personal information when customers request services or providers register interest, use the partner portal, or receive lead offers.
Who is responsible
FindMyPro is operated by BI4Success limited (the “service”). Contact us through the contact page for privacy questions or requests. If we appoint a data-protection contact, their details will be published here.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect your name, email, telephone number, postcode, service and property requirements, account and login information, payment and transaction references, support messages, device information and security logs.
How we use it and our legal bases
We use information to provide the requested introduction, operate provider accounts, process payments, send necessary service messages, prevent fraud and abuse, maintain security, handle support and complaints, and meet legal and accounting obligations. The relevant legal bases may be contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation, or consent where consent is required. We will not treat basic format checks as proof that an identity, phone number or email inbox is genuine.
Sharing
For a customer request, relevant details may be shared with suitable providers so they can respond. We also use service providers such as hosting, database, payment, email, SMS, analytics (if enabled), fraud-prevention and support providers. We do not sell customer details. Providers may use details only for the relevant enquiry and resulting relationship, subject to their own legal obligations. We record provider registration, terms and privacy-policy acceptance, lead-offer and transaction history to operate the service, administer provider eligibility, prevent abuse and resolve disputes.
Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the service, legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and dispute-resolution purposes. Retention periods will be documented internally and deleted or anonymised when no longer needed, subject to lawful exceptions.
Security and incidents
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including access controls and server-side protection. No internet service is completely secure. If a personal-data incident creates a legal notification obligation, we will act in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
Your rights
You may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your information, and to object to some processing or withdraw consent. Contact us first; you may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We may need to verify your identity and some rights have legal exceptions.
Cookies
We use essential session and preference cookies needed for the site and partner portal. We will identify non-essential analytics or marketing technologies and obtain consent where required before enabling them.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service or law changes and will publish the new version on this page.
